Frequently asked questions
What is the age range I work with?
I primarily work with individuals in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are ready to approach dating and relationships with intention. That said, I also welcome highly motivated individuals outside of this age range who are committed to personal growth and relationship success. If you’re ready to gain clarity, break old patterns, and build the love life you truly desire, let’s connect!
Do I work with men?
Yes! If you are a curious human that wants to explore and disrupt the dysfunctional patterns in your life, and you are ready to do the work, we can work together.
What is the difference between coaching, consulting and therapy?
Coaching, consulting, and therapy each serve different purposes in personal and professional growth.
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that helps individuals identify goals, develop strategies, and take action to create meaningful change. Coaches guide clients in self-discovery, accountability, and mindset shifts but do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Consulting, on the other hand, is more directive—consultants are experts who analyze problems and provide solutions. Unlike coaching, which empowers individuals to find their own answers with personalized self discovery & accountability tools.
Therapy is focused on healing, emotional processing, and mental health. Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat psychological disorders, explore past traumas, and support individuals in resolving deep-seated emotional challenges.
While all three approaches can be valuable, coaching is best for those seeking growth and transformation, we deal with what we can do in the now and actionable steps to achieve your success.
